Projects · Example Builds
What your project actually builds.
This sits on top of your alarm — the survival layer that keeps working in the moment a standalone alarm goes dark. Every project is engineered around your property and starts with a free survey. The three builds below are the shapes most projects take. Think of them as starting points, not a menu: the survey turns them into one fixed figure for your home, with no surprises afterwards.
Build 1
The Secure Foundation
Priced per architecture
For: Owners who want their home network genuinely private and protected — and the bedrock everything else is built on later. Worth doing entirely on its own.
What it builds: Full-property coverage with no dead zones — house, gardens, outbuildings, pool. A professionally hardened network with cyber-security protection across every device: ads, trackers and malware blocked before they reach a single phone, laptop or smart TV. Isolated guest and device zones so a compromised gadget can’t reach your personal machines. Built the way a security engineer builds their own.
Why people start here: It’s the layer everything else depends on. A private AI or a survival architecture is only as trustworthy as the network underneath it — so this is where serious projects begin.
Build 2
The Intelligent Home
Priced per architecture
For: Owners who want their home to run itself — privately, with no cloud accounts and no monthly fees — and to talk to it like it’s staff.
What it builds: A private AI assistant that lives inside your home, running its own intelligence locally and answering by voice or message. It controls shutters, gates, lighting, pool, climate and more — and nothing leaves the property: no foreign server, no subscription, no one else holding your habits. Built on the hardened network from Build 1, because an intelligent home is only as safe as the network it thinks on.
What moves the figure: How many systems you automate, the size and layout of the property, and how much you want the AI to take over day to day.
Build 3 · Flagship
The Full Architecture
Priced per architecture
For: Owners who understand exactly how an organised crew attacks a coastal villa — and want the one layer engineered to survive the moment a standalone alarm goes dark.
What it builds: The complete multi-layered survival system. A solar-powered AI camera perimeter where each unit keeps detecting, recording and alarming with no mains and no network. A backup power core that holds your connection, cameras and the system’s brain alive straight through a power cut. A connection that arrives by satellite, with no cable at the street to cut. And the private in-home AI watching over all of it — sounding the alarm, calling you, and telling you the moment power or internet drops. Independent layers, each still standing when the others are attacked.
This is the flagship. It sits clearly at the top of the ladder, because it’s the one built to survive the attack the others aren’t. What moves the figure: property size and layout, how many perimeter points need covering, and the depth of architecture your survey calls for.
The Honest Part
Every project is customised to your property and your needs — there is no catalogue and no packages, so there are no prices on this page. A home that wants everything — the full survival architecture and a fully intelligent, automated house on top — is a serious build, and I’ll tell you what it costs plainly at the survey, not after. What I won’t do is quote a low number to win the job and then climb. The survey produces one fixed figure, and that’s the figure.
